Our stay in Madrid whilst short we managed to see everything we wanted to see and we were able to walk to most areas. What a great apartment in an amazing location. Lots to see and do around the area. The apartment itself lacked for nothing. It was clean and modern and really well laid ou. We had a wonderful stay in Madrid.

apartment is huge and very clean. easy check in procedure but the only thing is you can just check in exactly at 4 pm. we tried using the code at 3:59 pm but will not work since its 1 minute before 4 pm. walkable to Tribunal metro station. short walk to supermarket and restaurants nearby. can communicate to sonder via whatsapp. would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Tons of space as well. Staff was responsive to all of our requests, and the location was great. Plenty of places in walking distance and very close to two metro stops. I also highly recommend the service on the website for train station/airport transfers.

The description of the property did not match the actual property. I was unaware there was no desk service and expected a Marriott check in and services. That is not the case. Everything is done online and there is no front desk. Being a frequent Marriott guest, I was very surprised this was advertised as a Marriott without having a detailed description of the property.

Great property in the heart of Malasana. Lots of amenities nearby including metro stations, supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. Although the apartment block has no reception, Sonder provides a goid service which is easy to navigate. They also offer 24 hour communication and respond quickly.

Apartment is beautiful with all the amenities you need. However, there was a loud and constant dripping sound when the thermostat is on high. While there is no staff you can see the chat. An easily be used to communicate any issues.

Nice location but Do not stay on the ground level with the terrace as it’s connected to the lobby and is noisy . Furthermore the terrace is surrounded by building and the sounds of the residents echoed like being in a pool . Requested a change told us they couldn’t . Bed and pillows were not comfortable ps bring your own pillows . The pullout couch was dirty with stains and very uncomfortable like sleeping on a fence . On the bright side the hood was great …

Great place to stay! We traveled as a family with kids - it was spacious and had everything we needed. Super convenient location - very walkable and felt safe. I think they could have provided more than one pod to do laundry for an entire week stay. They told me to buy more myself at the convenience store which was not convenient and I had to buy a pack of 16 when I only really needed one more. Other than that the stay was great.

We just stayed for a week at Sonder Malasaña and it was great. The location can't be beat, it's walking distance from everything. The place is nice and clean. There is no front desk but they are SUPER responsive on WhatsApp and help you with anything you need right away. Definitely would stay here again
