The place was clean and had a kitchenette where we could have made breakfast and dinner. It's walking distance to most attractions and metro station. Our only issue was the aircondition wasn't working and it was so hot at nights and the shower was so tiny, that we had to squeeze to get into the shower doors.

Great location but the management is TOO HIGH TECH. I prefer to talk to someone personally. I had to call overseas call from US to speak to someone. Perhaps this hotel is good for a single person who is tech savvy but not for family - I think

The place is in the central of Madrid, restaurants, shop, attraction, you can easily reach there within walking distance, The property is clean and easy to find, they give you app to get in and out of the apartment. During our stay, AC is not cool, we wake up several time in the nights.

Very central location, we stayed two nights and hope we can stay longer. Most of the sightseeing are within 10 minutes walk, lot of cafes and restaurants, facing to a very busy street but quite after you close the window and door. Noticed that some previous customers having hot water issue, but not at all for my stay in apartment #31. Staff in the nearby office were very helpful and kind.

Great service by the Zinc team. The care given was appreciated. The apartment was very clean- only reason I gave 4 stars was an ancillary item wasn't clean which could easily be missed. (Spare blanket) I would recommend staying with Zinc.

Great location, the apartment is in the middle of the main tourist area but you could not hear any noise when the window was closed. My only complaint is that both bed mattresses are old and sink in too far when sleeping causing back and hip pain for both my husband and I and we are only young, they really need to be replaced.

The suites are spacious and in a great location with great security to get in. The rooms can use better storage for luggage and clothes. The only BIG negative. The walls are THIN you will your neighbors, you will hear every. Little. Motion, moan and thump. So if you take kids keep them Out of the room with an adjacent wall.

The surrounding area was great at this place. Everything was nearby and convenient. However, the place itself was outdated. The water heater needed a value replacement and we did not have hot water for hours. I reached out to receptionist and we were not provided with an update until I reached back out once a few hours had passed by. Room was clean, but the entrance and other floors appear to be hostels and there was a slight confusion. It was a good place to just sleep and get ready for the day.

Amazing location, person we communicated tried to be helpful. However if you come late night with the car, you may have a problem with parking. Also appartment wasnt cleaned well, had no soap, not enough towels.

Disappointing stay

The internet did not work at all in the back half of the apartment (where there was a desk for working). In the living room area, it was was very poor and lots of Zoom calls were dropped. The check in experience was horrible. They have no staff in the building but rather in another building 2 blocks away. You have to use your phone to open building and unit doors, and they insist they cannot give you a key or card. The kitchen lacked some basic things: cutting board, knife to cut vegetables/meat/bowls for cereal. An alarm went off twice, once at 1am in the morning. It was dysfunctional and I notified them both times. That I had to be woken up at 1am and then notify them a second time speaks to the poor service. When you write to them, a chat bot answers you. It doesn't identify itself as a chat bot, so this conversation be a real waste of time. I would rather wait for their working hours than have a chat with a bot. The hotel is located half a block from the Plaza del Sol. It has 2 metro lines and a train line (cercanías). It was very convenient. However, the street (Arenal) was so incredibly busy, you couldn't walk around. I have never seen such a busy street in my life, and I personally found it very unpleasant.

The Hosts are very nice and helpful, the location is ideal to visit Madrid, a lot of interesting places around to visit just walking distance.
