Charming apartment in historical building at Glorieta de Bilbao, with the metro station just at the same door of the apartment, only 10 minutes walking to Gran via and 2 minutes to Malasana.
Beautiful apartment located in the same Glorieta de Bilbao in historic building with a doorman and Safety Code recently renovated retaining all the old features like a nice fireplace, 1907, the date the building was built.
It has a spacious living room with fireplace and beautiful wood floors and pine melis sofa beds, bookcases, coffee table and extendable dining table. The kitchen is open to living and has all appliances.
The bedroom is spacious with a bed of 120 cm, which can serve for one person or a couple good avenue, and wardrobe.
The bathroom has a practical shower, sink and toilet.
The apartment is located in a historic 1906 building has been completely renovated in November 2013 . It has plenty of natural light and is very quiet , no street noise . It is perfect for those who want to stay fit without going to the gym 4th floor without elevator.
The building has a doorman and security code .
The area is very central with all amenities and shops. You'll find supermarkets open until 2pm and all kinds of restaurants and bars. Opposite is the famous Commercial Cafe, one of the oldest in Madrid, which maintains a literary atmosphere .
