The place has a great vibe! Staff were super helpful, even checked us in early. The rooms could be a little bigger, no desks and not a lot of space for luggage but are great looking. Beds were comfortable. Location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants and lots to do and see. Having the theater next door was a huge plus. We saw cabaret and it was fantastic!

The hotel location was really good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I had to move to a different room because my room had a constant noise coming from the AC outside and they kindly offered to move me. I will say that while the first room was clean, I didn't really like the setup. The bed was right next to the door and made the room look tiny small which I didn't really appreciate since I paid premium money for the room. The second day, the second room I moved to was quiet and was more comfortable. I will likely stay again.

This hotel is fantastic. You are in the heart and walking distance from everything you need. They also have fantastic shows at the theater. We really enjoyed this hotel. Coffee shop across the street is amazing.

This hotel is an iconic old building that has been made into a fun hotel with a music vibe. The staff was always available and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the location is close - within walking distance to the Royal Palace, shopping and endless restaurants.

Location was great. Nice rooftop deck and staff friendly. Our room was not what hoping for. Premium garden view gave us a view of a brick wall and the room size was incredibly small. The bathroom was only 3 feet from the bed. I am unsure how you could possibly give this a 5 star rating. Having stayed at other hotels on this vacation this did not compare

Great Choice for business or Couples

Great location, near Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Very close to major shopping. Very courteous and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and great bedding. Having a swimming pool was a big plus.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Well laid out with most of the rooms tucked away in a quiet wing. Very attentive staff, knowledgeable about the area and engaging. The rooftop bar is exceptional with good service and great views. A quiet little enclave within the huddle and bustle of Madrid. Good vibes!
