The place was very clean and quiet, with an excellent location. Although it’s slightly outside downtown Madrid, it’s conveniently close to a subway and bus stop—just 20 minutes from the city center. The hotel provides parking for an additional fee, which isn’t cheap but is secure. There are also several nearby restaurants for breakfast and dinner. I would definitely stay again.

Great rooms, not in a touristy area but only a short metro away from centre. A taxi from the airport was about €30. Would definitely stay here again if staying in Madrid!

The hotel was great! Cynthia was friendly and helpful. Super clean and Beds super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was worth the cost (for us 7€ ea). I only wished it was in the center of Madrid, but if so it would had been sold out, and we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy a good night sleep.

Nice enough BUT avoid balcony rooms

Small room, big bed, good breakfast, decent fridge, air-con, location near metro and ice-cream shop. No tea making facilities and 12 inch wide balcony had very bright lights beaming into room that could not be switched off so had to use black-out curtains that ruined the sun rise etc - in fscr made room feel like it was underground. I complained and the lady shrugged _ For 130 euros a night I’d have expected more.

I lived the power outage on Monday, April 28 that lasted 10 hours. The hotel had no fault in this. It was a nationwide problem. The staff was always on hand to answer questions and provide any assistance they could. I witnessed they providing sandwiches to hungry clients.

Hotel is away from city centre so it’s less busy and crowded. Walking distance to city buses and metro. Hotel front desk staff is friendly and professional. The room is quite spacious however it can be stuffy as their air conditioning/fan is controlled centrally and was turned off during our stay in April. Anyway we just opened the patio door to air out the room.

Overall a very nice stay. The hotel is modern and spotless clean. All staff were very nice. The room was spacious and the bed was excellent. Decent breakfast though the quality of the coffee and the eggs could be improved. A bit out of the touristy area but the metro is nearby and the value for money was excellent overall. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel was clean, in a good part of town and has metro and food options easily walkable distance. The only complaint I have is I asked them to change the reservation taking off a day at the beginning of the trip and adding to the end... so same number of days. It was the day after the cutoff to cancel so they refused.

Great hotel

Hotel was really good. Very modern , clean and really well designed. Obviously designed buy professional interior designer. Breakfast was a bit of a problem one day as they hot section was empty, a minor issue for us.Would rebook again when in Madrid
