Good location

The room was in a great location however we had a room at the back of the premises snd whildt it was quiet it was a bit dark. It had a wind that looked at onto a light well. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay and we felt that wasnt very hygienic particularly as we were there for 4 nights.

I liked the area very close to plazas, shopping, restaurants The room was clean, nice a little small but manageable. Needs more storage/ shelves space for washroom to install our toiletries Air conditioner noisy at times. Overall, a lovely building.

The room was well presented, but compact. Access to coffee machine before 9:30 am would have been good. Kettle in room but guests have to supply own coffee.

Bien ubicado en Gran Vía, pero el aire acondicionado no enfría y pasas calor toda la noche. El baño es minimo, no te puedes sentar en WC ya que pegas las rodillas en la pared. La recepcionista muy atenta.

The common area was unkept, the beverage machine wasn’t working. The rooms are small. The refrigerator was causing the closet to be warm. We worried it was going to start a fire. The bathrooms were small. No towel or bedding service was a bummer.
