Renovated apartment located in 5th floor with an elevator so it is really quiet, safe and relaxed neighborhood. It has excellent AC and heaters.
We offer high speed WiFi, Nespresso machine with capsules and more.
Ideal for families, couples and business.


The space

The apartment is 68 square meters (730 square foot), and can house up to 5 guests.

The apartment is located in the 4th floor with an elevator. It is important to note that those with walking disabilities have 3 steps at the entrance to the building.

The main bedroom has a very comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a separate wardrobe room. One more bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm). Additionally there is sofa converts into a double bed (140x200 cm) for two more guests.

There is a single bathroom with toilet and shower. We will provide you with a hair dryer.

We provide AC✔ (cool and heat) and also electric heaters✔ for winter period and high-speed WiFi✔.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with a combi-fridge✔microwave✔coffee maker✔ kettle✔toaster✔washing machine✔crockery and cutlery✔. The fridge is big and ideal to store the food for more than 5 people and more.

There is a cozy living room with a sofa bed with a dining table. It contains a cable TV✔ and bluetooth speakers for listening to music. The apartment is in 5th floor and very quiet, so our guests will sleep peacefully even if they are staying in the heart of a bustling Madrid.

Getting Around
The fastest and comfortable way is by taxi - we provides to our guests this service with Taxi company- we can send you link for booking. The price is around 12-15 euro per person and the journey takes about 25 minutes.

Also Madrid has great public transportation-

The Metro
The close station stop is Sol (the most commuter train station of the center of Madrid).
From Sol metro station you have 5 min walking. Yoy need to go west direction to Calle Mayor. After 200 meters there is Calle Esparteros which cross calle Mayor 4 from south. So, you need to take left to Calle Eparteros and go 120 meters up to the adress. This is 4th floor (with a lift). (300 meters walking from the metro satation Sol).

Puerta de Atocha train station is three Metro stops away of the apartment. Atocha connects by train to most of the places of interest around Madrid, such as Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Toledo, Segovia, and more. The price of the Metro ticket from the airport is 5€, and the journey takes 45 minutes. The price of the airport express bus is also 5€.

Great location, very small apartment

The location could not be better, just around the corner from Puerta del Sol. The management was responsive and communicated well, and the apartment was clean and attractive. The only negative is that it was very small, with barely enough room for 4 adults. The kitchen is tiny, with only enough room for one person to turn around. It had most of the basic supplies (we never did find a corkscrew), but not enough room for more than simple meals. The toaster and tea kettle were efficient, but plugged into some less-than-convenient corners. The washer worked well, but had no drying function (there is a clothesline outside the kitchen window). These sort of minor issues, though, are typical for renovated old buildings, particularly those so close to trendy/touristy areas. It was a pleasant, attractive unit, and worked well for our party of 4 adults for 3 days.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

Charming and highly recommended apartment !!! Central location, walking distance from every place, clean, exceptional service, modern and equipped furniture. Thanks to staying in the apartment, the trip to Madrid was much better
