Finger weg, ansonsten ist der Urlaub ruiniert!

Nach einer 16 stündigen Fahrt sind wir nachts angekommen und haben festgestellt, dass die Wohnung nach den vorherigen Gästen nicht gereinigt war. Komplett verdreckt, ohne frischen Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Nach einer lange Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung würde uns empfohlen auf eigene Kosten eine andere Wohnung zu sucher! Und das mitten in der Nacht. Auf die Erstattung der entstandenen Kosten warten wir nach über einem Monat immer noch. Die Kommunikation seitens Vermieter wurde leider abgebrochen und wir werden seit dem ignoriert.
