Villa Oasis is an exclusive villa just 50 minutes from Madrid spacious, elegant and fully equipped.

Spread over two floors, it features 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a bright living room with a large window and a fireplace, two fully equipped kitchens, and a leisure area with a pool table, a cinema room and a spa with a Finnish sauna.

Outside, a garden with a swimming pool and hot tub, several terraces, a barbecue area and a pond with waterfalls create a private setting designed for relaxation with every comfort.



The villa has on site parking with space for up to 4 vehicles and Wi Fi throughout the property. Bed linen, as well as bath and pool towels, are provided for all guests. The property is rented on an exclusive use basis, so guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor areas in complete privacy. The property has oil fired heating and hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms. On the upper floor, underfloor heating provides extra comfort. Both the interior and exterior are equipped with smart home systems that allow you to control blackout blinds, lighting and features such as the waterfalls. In addition, you will find QR codes in various rooms with instructions to help you make the most of the villa s amenities. The house is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse and iron. A cot and additional single beds for children are available upon prior request. Upon prior request, it is possible to arrange services such as a private chef, meal delivery, catering, a chauffeur, a massage therapist or other personalised services, subject to availability.

In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests must complete online registration prior to arrival via a link that will be sent a few days beforehand via the check in website. The villa has three double bedrooms and communal areas with two sofa beds, providing comfortable accommodation for 10 guests. The capacity can be extended to 12 people using additional fold out beds that can be set up in the master suite or in the communal areas. The swimming pool is outdoor and, during the colder months, is maintained at a temperature approximately 5 °C higher than the ambient temperature, allowing it to be used in spring and autumn as well. To get to Villa Oasis Madrid and get around the area comfortably, we recommend having your own vehicle or renting one. The villa is located in a quiet and secluded setting, so having a car is the most practical option both for getting there and for getting around during your stay. From the center of Madrid, the journey by car takes approximately 50 minutes, and from Adolfo Suárez Madrid Barajas Airport, around 45 minutes, depending on traffic. As alternatives, we offer our private chauffeur service (upon request), or you can use public transport, which will drop you off a 1 minute walk from the villa.

Villa Oasis Madrid is spread over two floors, divided into living and leisure areas, and features a spacious outdoor area with a variety of settings. UPPER FLOOR LIVING AREA The main entrance leads into a spacious and bright living dining room with a fireplace, a sofa bed and a 75 inch television. A large glass window opens onto an outdoor terrace overlooking the koi pond and its waterfalls, providing natural light and a sense of spaciousness. The property also features home automation systems to control blinds, lighting and outdoor features. On this floor there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The master suite features a king size bed (2x2 m), a lounge area with a 75 inch television and a bathroom with a spa bath and views of the swimming pool. The other two bedrooms, each with a 150 cm double bed, have fitted wardrobes, a 55 inch television and share a full bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped main kitchen is organised around a central island and has all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. It also provides access to the outside. The entire upper floor is fitted with oil fired radiators, underfloor heating and a hot/cold air conditioning system, ensuring an optimal temperature all year round. GROUND FLOOR LEISURE AREA The ground floor is dedicated to leisure and well being, with access from both inside the house and the garden. It features a soundproofed room with a pool table and bar, as well as an open plan space combining a lounge and additional kitchen. Using a folding screen, the lounge transforms into a private cinema with reclining armchairs and a surround sound system. This space also features a 150 cm sofa bed and a fireplace. On this same floor is the private spa, equipped with a Finnish sauna, a hot and cold contrast shower, a bathroom and a dressing area. The entire lower floor is fitted with oil fired radiators and a hot/cold air conditioning system, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year round. OUTDOOR AREA The property is completely private and designed to be enjoyed in a variety of settings. The garden features a large, multi level swimming pool with an integrated hot tub, a sun lounger area with parasols, as well as a covered area with a bar and an outdoor sound system. This area also includes a treehouse and an outdoor toilet with two toilets. During the colder months, the pool water remains approximately 5 °C warmer than the outside temperature, allowing for use in spring and autumn. The property also features a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a fully equipped barbecue area, complete with a wood fired oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area with tables and chairs. Upstairs is a Balinese style wooden chill out area, with both covered and open air sections, connected by a bridge to the koi pond area. It also features more secluded spaces designed for moments of tranquillity. There is on site parking with space for up to 4 vehicles and several separate access points with code controlled entry, ensuring convenience and privacy during your stay.
