The only issue I had was with the A/C not working and the weather was pretty warm. We weren’t even offered another room or any type of compensation, that was disappointing

It was a very convenient location, 5 min walk from a metro. The hotel is very quiet, in spite of being so close to La Gran Via. The staff was very nice, and overall we had a great stay.

Staff need training, bad service

Very bad service, staff at the reception need training. Awful experience also for the breakfast, I was alone at the restaurant earlier morning, the waiter didn’t even tired himself to assist me, juice wasn’t taste fresh, there was a lot of flies on the food, the buffet room was hot so the cheese was melted. I was so disappointed to pay for the breakfast separately then i didn’t even enjoy it. Receptionist was asking me to pay extra for the room i had chosen while IM a golden member.
