Es un piso con todos los muebles y puertas hinchados por la humedad, las puertas no cerraban, está en muy mal estado de hecho casi me quedo con el pomo de la puerta en la mano.Ademas habían cucarachas y también un cartel que indicaba que habían ratas en el edificio. La zona es muy conflictiva, habían peleas continuas de los vecinos. Y también cuesta mucho aparcar por la noche. No lo volvería a alquilar y no lo recomiendo.
