Frrezing and muaty

CONS- We arrived in Madrid late December and the apartment was an ice box. The heating system was not working and the family froze. They fixed this the next day. The wifi did not work while we were there. Also- one of the bedrooms is downstairs, basement, and there was a musty humid smell while we were there. Could not let the kids sleep there. PROS- The neighborhood is centrally located, a 10 minute walk to places- but we were greeted with dog poop at the front door and graffiti everywhere. Best coffee in the area is called Slow and there's a Dia market down the street.
