One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a hotel! My room smelled of mold, the phone in my room didn’t work to call reception or room service, the WiFi reset every 10-20min which was extremely annoying and to top it all off there was no warm water in the shower. The highlight this morning was the fire alarm going off because some idiot decided to smoke in his/her room. Obviously this is not the hotels fault but it just added to whole frustrating stay. I won’t be staying here again and cannot recommend it unfortunately.
