Malibu Hotels with Parking

"The overall property was very pretty but wasn’t very well kept. When I got in I was told I was staying in the only room attached to the lobby. I noticed that there was another room across that had a resident living there. While I had been throughly instructed that smoking was not allowed on the property and would result in a fine, I was greeted by the resident smoking multiple times during my stay. I was also kept up by the noise of another room above mine. The room was overall fine besides the bed being broken on one side. The bathroom had no sap, shampoo or conditioner. The location of the property is nice but to say it is walkable to anywhere is a stretch as it sits on a busy street without a sidewalk. The hill leading down to said street is quite steep and has a drain with a constant water flow that causes the already steep hill to become quite slippery and dangerous. The pool hours are 7am to 10pm but when I checked in they let me know it was 7 to 7 and when I followed up, asking if it was open till 10 they told me it was but I had to quiet if I wanted to go after 7pm. Which is fine but odd they would say it’s open until 10 if they don’t want guests going after 7pm. Overall, I would not recommend."
