(License number 800/17 / ET) The beautiful and as new as natural stone finca Sa Pleta de Son Carrió is located near Manacor in the middle of the island. The finca is divided into two units; Main house and outbuildings (apartment which was built for the disabled), perfect for several families. B who would like to have your privacy. This succeeds in desem completely renovated house since each unit has its own kitchen and living room. Overall, the finca has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, three of them en suite. The fourth bathroom is on the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms are spacious and cozy double bedrooms, plus an additional bedroom with two separate single beds. The bathrooms are all very modern and large, with a total of 4 showers and a large bathtub. In the annex (apartment) are the two other bedrooms, both with double beds, and a bathroom with shower. The living room has a sofa bed. Both living rooms are very cozy and bright with fireplace, and invite you to linger together. The modern kitchens are fully equipped, including dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, two washing machines ... everything you need. All bedrooms have air conditioning, in the living rooms unfortunately not, but the house is quite cool. On the entire finca you have Wi-Fi available. Outside there is a large private pool in the dimensions 5.5m x 12m, a large lawn with sun loungers and comfortable seating, as well as a ping-pong table and of course a mobile grill where you can enjoy the summer evenings in Mallorca.   The prices are for max. 12 persons, these can vary according to the number of persons, please ask us for the exact prices and additional photos!   It can also only the big or the small apartment be booked, please inquire with us!
