Sa Murtera des Pagos is a country house of Majorcan style situated near Manacor and Sant Llorenç, in the East of Mallorca. Its privileged location gives us spectacular views of the nature. Especially outstanding is the large extension, both the plot and the house. Restored with a lot of attention to detail with the preservation and restoration of many ancient historical elements.
The house has a living room, a large dining room and a kitchen with its own fireplace and equipped with everything you need. It has a capacity for 9 people, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upper floor of the house has a terrace with beautiful views to the pool and the garden.
The house has air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedrooms
The outdoor area has a nice pool surrounded by lawn and gardened areas, with sunbeds to relax and sunbathe.
In addition, there are tables in various areas around the property to enjoy your culinary delights outdoors and other covered buildings for your use.
The exterior of the house is surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation as fruit trees (olives and almonds), creating a unique and quiet place. There is no better place to experience and enjoy a deep sense of peace and tranquility.
The house also offers wifi, BBQ , table tennis and darts board
