Visits to the beaches of Son S'Arenal in Porto Colom (about 7 km away) and Cala Sa Nau in S'Horta (about 10 km away) are also recommended. The Cales de Mallorca region, with its wealth of caves, is ideal for pirate adventures. An excursion to the San Salvador monastery, accessible by car, on foot or by bicycle, offers fabulous views. The vineyards around Felanitx promise to discover excellent local wines.
