Cala Mendia Beach House 2 is a semi-detached house with spectacular sea views and direct access to the beach, ideal for families with children, which offers a very popular Mallorcan restaurant among both local people and island visitors. The house is located very close to Porto Cristo, a beautiful coastal town famous for Les Coves del Drach, one of the main tourist attractions. Next to it, we offer Cala Mendia Beach House 1, also suitable for 6 people, which can be a perfect combination for large groups.
Cala Mendia Beach House 2 offers a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, three spacious bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the others with two single beds each. Additionally, it has two bathrooms, both with showers.
One of the main attractions of this holiday rental house in Mallorca is its spacious semi-covered terrace with a view of Cala Mendia beach, with a relaxation area with a sofa and two armchairs, a perfect dining table to enjoy meals, a jacuzzi where you can relax during your stay and two sun loungers to sunbathe while enjoying the sea views and the greenery.
