Can Gusti - Villa With Private Pool In Manacor

The house is located within a plot of 16000 m2 ensuring total privacy in an idyllic rural environment. Outside you can find a great area of synthetic grass that flows around the chlorine swimming pool. The 13 x 3,5 pool has a depth from 1.20 to 1.70 and has access from the completely equipped terrace and porch which includes barbecue. All this area is ideal to enjoy lunches and dinners in the outside. The 200 m2 single-story house has a functional architecture following the Mallorcan style. The living - dining room is prepared for 10 people and the in kitchen is gas and fully equipped. The living area presents comfortable sofas and pellet stove for the colder days, and it has direct access to the outside terrace and swimming pool. All four bedrooms are spacious and bright, feature heating pump each (no cold air available) and also have direct access to the outside. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with shower. There are also two more bathrooms with shower in the house. The accommodation is also equipped with TV-sat, wifi and parking space for 5 cars. This villa is within el Pla de Mallorca, close to Manacor and Felanitx. It is ideal to disconnect and relax and walk through the nearest mallorcan typical villages like Vilafranca and Porerres, where there is a wide gastronomic offer. On top of that, there is an easy access to the eastern and souther beaches of the island through the Ma-15 and Ma-5110 roads. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
