Finca Can Guillem Boquet - Villa With Private Pool
In the quiet exterior of this house surrounded by nature, surrounded by a well-kept garden, you will find the chlorine swimming pool of 7.80x3.80 metres long and a depth of between 1.20 and 1.70 metres, perfect for a dip on hot days. Around the pool there are several sun loungers for sunbathing. Before entering the interior of the house, there is a fully furnished porch with a table where all the guests can enjoy delicious outdoor meals prepared on the barbecue on the terrace.
The interior of the house, distributed over two floors, begins with a spacious living-dining room with two sofas ideal for relaxing and watching movies thanks to the Smart TV. When it's time to eat, the gas cooker allows you to cook delicious dishes as it is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay. To complete the ground floor, there is a first bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Going upstairs, you will find the other two bedrooms, both with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. All the bedrooms have A/C to make the stay more comfortable. Finally, the laundry room is located in the kitchen and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are available if you are travelling with a baby.
