The Finca SON COLOM, dating back to 1896, was previously a manor house with many farms and was restored in 2015 and converted into a wonderful holiday home. This magnificent property is located on the outskirts of Manacor, close to the beautiful eastern coastal region of "Calas de Mallorca" with its fantastic beaches. The house with a total living area of approx. 320 m², spread over two floors, has a living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and WiFi internet, a huge living-kitchen equipped with dishwasher, 5 double bedrooms (4 with ceiling fans, 3 x double bed and 2 x single beds) and a total of 5 bathrooms with shower (3 of which are ensuite). Four of the bedrooms and four bathrooms are on the upper floor and the fifth bedroom and bathroom are in the lower living room. Another bathroom with toilet and shower is located outside the pool house. Furthermore, the estate offers its guests a spacious and beautifully maintained garden with an incredible amount of space. The entire property covers more than 39,000 m², of which 1,000 m² is landscaped as a garden area. Surrounded by a 500 m² lawn, the private 10 m x 5 m saltwater pool with its sun loungers invites you to spend a holiday. A shaded seating area, a stone table in front of the house and a brick barbecue offer the possibility of enjoying al fresco dining. There is also a roof terrace of the tower on the second floor which has been fitted out as a spacious training studio with fitness equipment. Manacor can be reached in just 5 minutes by car and has all the necessary shopping possibilities. The nearest sandy beaches, such as the numerous bathing bays of "Calas de Mallorca" or "Porto Cristo", can be reached quickly and easily by car in just 10-15 minutes.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
