Finca Llum is a beautiful countryside villa set in a მშვიდ and private environment, just 600 meters from the Rafa Nadal Academy and the Rafa Nadal Museum Xperience. Its location perfectly combines tranquility with easy access to all amenities.

The house offers spacious and bright interiors. It features an inviting entrance hall leading to a comfortable living room with views over Manacor, furnished with cozy sofas, armchairs, and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a second lounge area and a large dining table, ideal for family gatherings.

There are four bedrooms in total. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and separate shower, while the remaining bedrooms (with twin beds) share a second full bathroom with bathtub.

The entire property is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), Wi-Fi internet, and an alarm system with outdoor cameras (optional use). (The upper floor is not rented and remains closed).
