The beautiful holiday villa Tres Palmeras is located in Calas de Mallorca in the southeast of the island, combining modern comfort with a stunning garden – perfect for an unforgettable vacation.

With 300 m², the house accommodates up to 12 guests and is cleverly divided over two levels. The main living area is on the first floor, featuring an open living and dining room with direct access to the sunny terrace. Two comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table create a perfect space for relaxed evenings with family and friends.

On the same floor, you will find two of the six bedrooms, a bathroom, and the separate fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious Mallorcan dishes: gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, and an additional dining table.

The remaining four bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the lower level of the villa. All rooms are bright, spacious, and modern, allowing plenty of natural light. The interior design is in calm, neutral tones, complemented by selected artwork and décor, creating an ambiance that is elegant yet cozy.

The villa offers a full range of amenities: oil heating, air conditioning in some rooms, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fireplace, TV, and Wi-Fi.
