This villa has a very well maintained and landscaped exterior, which includes a wonderful chlorine pool of 10m x 4m, and 0.50m to 2m deep, with child protection and outdoor shower. It is surrounded by a large lawn area and there is a tennis court. Next to the pool, there is a chill-out area perfect for a refreshing drink. There is a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious pizzas or an exquisite dinner prepared on the barbecue, and enjoy it in a wonderful porch that gives access to the house. This two-storey house has on the first floor, a unique and beautiful living room with fireplace and satellite TV, open to the dining room and the gas kitchen. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, two more bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. For the summer, there are two fans and, when it gets too cold, even two radiators. If you are travelling with babies, we can provide two cots and two high chairs. There is a separate area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is situated in a rural and agricultural area of Manacor, and just 2 km from the Golf Reserva Rotana for golf lovers. In the centre of Manacor, you can not only go shopping, but also try traditional Mallorcan food in one of the excellent restaurants. Being located very close to the Ma-3322 road, you can easily access different beaches, such as the beach of Porto Cristo, Cala Magrana, Cala Romántica or Calas de Mallorca, among others. We recommend you to visit the famous Caves of Drach. Pets up to 5 kg are welcome! Remember that the water in the cistern is not suitable for drinking. Rackets and balls are available.
