Although pictures speak louder than words, we would like to explain the most important features of this beautiful holiday home in more detail. The architecturally elaborate and multifaceted house stands on a huge, south-east-facing plot which, thanks to its elevated position, conveys an absolutely extraordinary feeling of space and freedom. The tasteful outdoor area, characterised by open and covered terrace areas with sea views on various levels, offers numerous outdoor seating areas. The sophisticated floor and wall design as well as the opulent columns give these zones a very elegant flair. Here you will find a new, exclusive favourite spot every day. Casual lounge furniture is available for lingering outdoors, as are pretty chairs at the large table and comfortable loungers by the pool, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun to your heart's content. The infinity pool, tiled with blue mosaic stones, is easily accessible via a staircase and not only provides a refreshing cool-down, but also a special kind of bathing experience, as you can enjoy an impressive view into the distance as you glide through the water. In warm weather, you may simply want to take all your meals outside and enjoy the uniqueness of the place. The outdoor kitchen even allows you to prepare meals in the open air. The gas barbecue invites you to enjoy culinary barbecue evenings with friends.

Upon entering the interior of the house, we quickly realise that it is no less impressive than the outside area. A large living/dining room forms the centrepiece of the ground floor and successfully combines modern living comfort with cosiness. Light-coloured walls form the backdrop for harmoniously coordinated, contrasting furniture and selected individual pieces on the walls. The elegant corner sofa is a wonderful place to relax and spread out. The huge flat-screen TV provides entertainment when needed, while the fireplace provides cosy warmth on chilly days. The long, solid dining table with rustic bench and elegant chairs comfortably seats all travellers for sophisticated indoor dining. The modern kitchen offers high-quality appliances for everyday needs, including a kettle and filter coffee machine. Generously proportioned and tastefully furnished bedrooms provide an ideal basis for a restful night's sleep. The rooms are devoid of distracting frills and therefore radiate a pleasant sense of calm and clarity. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and a television. You can also enjoy the view of the sea from each of these rooms. Exquisite bathrooms round off the rooms. High-quality fittings are combined with a straightforward, refined style. Another special feature of the facilities is the sauna. An iron and a total of four hairdryers are available in the house and do not need to be brought from home.



Son Macia has around 900 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Manacor, which is located in the east of the island in the Llevant region. Son Macia offers great shopping facilities as well as cafés and restaurants. The attractive fishing village of Porto Christo (approx. 17 km away) is also worth a visit. Porto Colom (also approx. 17 km away) is a wonderful bathing spot where water sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. Cala Varquez is a beautiful dream beach, which is completely deserted on some days. It is undeveloped and offers fine, white sand in combination with a shallow entrance into the water. The Nadal training centre is also just a 10-minute drive away. All tennis fans will get their money's worth here.



The luxurious Villa Paraiso is secluded, just 3.5 kilometres north-east of the small village of Son Macia in the east of the island. From here you have a truly fantastic view, all the way to the sea in the distance. In addition to the views, you can also enjoy the heavenly tranquillity that surrounds this inviting property. Mallorca's most beautiful beaches, also known as Calas de Mallorca, are within easy reach of this holiday home.
