Experience the historic Mallorcan finca Son Vidal between Manacor and Porto Cristo, surrounded by 9 hectares of land with views of the picturesque hilly landscape. The completely restored house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds and fitted wardrobes for maximum flexibility and comfort.
The rustic-style kitchen has a ceramic hob and dishwasher, while the cosy living room is equipped with mixed satellite TV. The 8 x 4 metre pool with tiled sunbathing area invites you to swim on hot days. The covered seating area with dining table and barbecue as well as the adjoining sun terraces offer ideal opportunities to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The finca is secluded yet only a few minutes' drive from Manacor with its shopping facilities, Porto Cristo and the bays of the east coast. A perfect starting point for relaxation and beach holidays. Please note that the finca is deliberately not equipped with internet access, but has normal mobile phone reception.

Optional extra costs: If desired, electric fan heaters can be booked in winter for 12 € per day on arrival. The price of the visitor's tax (eco-tax) has to be paid separately, the information is without guarantee. It is subject to the current rates of the legislation.

Awesome.

Fabulous finca in the middle of a fabulous property. Lots of space, indoor and out. Be sure to realize that there is no wifi, but take that as a blessing. The property is very private and central to many destinations in Mallorca. Our host Jordi was very pleasant and helpful. Super highly recommended.

We were greeted on arrival by Jordi. The house was spotless and he'd supplied us with some water, milk, bottle of wine and fruit which was a nice touch. We spent most of ours days just chilling around the pool, which was a god send as the weather was so warm. We did have to ask for a fan to be supplied, but that was delivered the next day. There was nothing more we required, apart from an extra few weeks would have been nice.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Alleinlage. Die Kids (6 und 4 J) haben den Pool und das Grundstück geliebt. Jordi der Besitzer kam täglich vorbei um den Pool zu reinigen und die Hühner zu füttern und hat uns mit tollen Tips versorgt (Strände, Essen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, die besten Oliven Mallorcas). Das Haus hat kein WiFi aber Handyempfang, was uns ausgereicht hat. Eine AC gibt es nicht aber 2 Ventilatoren standen bereit. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Ofen klein aber ausreichend. Der Pool ist toll, nächsten Sommer bräuchte es vllt neue Liegen - die aktuellen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten einfach ein tolles Haus, netter Besitzer und 5 mins von Manacor mit diversen Supermärkten (Lidl, Aldi, Müller, Rossmann) entfernt. 10/10

Erholung pur in der Natur

Es war wunderschön und entspannend. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich toll um das Haus. Es liegt sehr ruhig in der Natur - wir haben sogar Schildkröten gesehen.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Gegend

Die Finca ist sehr schön gelegen. Es hat alles an Ausstattung was man benötigt. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag vom Besitzer gereinigt und war sehr groß. Für die Kinder gab es auf dem Gelände Hühner und beim Nachbarn Schafe zum anschauen. Die nächste Stadt und Strände waren auch nur einen Katzensprung weg.

Abgelegen und doch nicht einsam

draussen in der Natur, umgeben von Glockengebimmel der Schäfli, Schildkrötli die sich verlaufen, Hühner die Eier legen und ein Gockel, der ringsum die Uhr kräht - einfach herrlich und schön. Die Jungs (2+5) haben es sehr genossen und wir, Grosseltern und Eltern auch! Vielen Dank!

Traumhafte Finca für Familien

Wunderschöne Finca im Osten Mallorcas. Sehr schön gelegen für Ausflüge ins Umland! Sehr ruhige Lage & von außen nicht einsehbar. Da das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat, ist Abkühlung im Pool Pflicht! :) Im oberen Stockwerk kann es aber im Sommer sehr warm werden. Vermieter und Agentur vor Ort sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wunderschöner Urlaubsort

Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca Son Vidal nahe Manacor war traumhaft. Die Finca selbst und der Garten mit Pool und mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten sind wunderschön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Alles in allem ein herrlicher Urlaubsort in naturnaher Idylle!

Finca mit Liebe zum Detail

Die Finca ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind angereist und haben dies im Vorfeld mitgeteilt. So wurde uns ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl im Vorfeld bereitgestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und ist jeden Tag vorbeigekommen um den Pool zu reinigen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Country Retreat

A beautiful character filled farmhouse, rustic and although simple in its furnishings it is a wonderful retreat in the countryside. Without internet you can completely switch off! The pool is perfect and we enjoyed our stay immensely. My only comment would be that we were staying during a heatwave and needed fans to cool the bedrooms at night. There was one at the house and Jordi (the lovely owner) brought one the next day and we bought a third in a local shop (which we took away with us). I think that fans should be provided in each bedroom during the summer months as standard and not something you have to request or buy. This is a minor issue and we hope to return to stay again next summer!

Wunderschöne Finca

Wunderschön im Herzen Mallorcas

Es war wunderbar! Die Beschreibung als auch die Fotos des Objekts spiegeln genau wieder, was einen erwartet - eine wunderschöne Finca im Herzen Mallorcas. Umgeben von Feldern, hat man völlige Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Orte und Strände an der Ostküste sind in 10-30 Auto Minuten problemlos zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 Minuten. Wir waren super glücklich, sowohl mit dem gesamten Vorlauf, als auch mit dem Ablauf vor Ort - vor allem dank Jordi, einem älteren Herrn, dem die Finca gehört und der super herzlich ist. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können die Finca uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. PS: es gibt kein WLAN und der Empfang im Haus ist schlecht, was von uns allerdings als wohltuend empfunden wurde.

Wunderschöne Auszeit im ursprünglichen Mallorca

Wir waren zu dritt in Jordis Finca (2 EW, 1 Tochter mit 6 Jahren) und hatten traumhafte zwei Wochen. Die Hühner waren für unsere Tochter der Hit, wir haben sogar Reis für sie gekocht:) Jordis Finca liegt in wunderschöner Natur, ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Auch der Pool ist toll, wir waren sogar Ende April schon baden. Jordi hat uns auch mit guten Tipps versorgt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es tolle Dörfer mit guten Restaurants (Sineu ist unser Lieblingsort), sowie Strände und Ausflugsziele. Wir machten mehrere Radtouren und Küstenwanderungen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr begeistert. Allerdings mussten wir bis vor zwei Tagen abends den Kamin anheizen, weil es dann kalt wird und es keine Heizung gibt, was wir aber auch sehr genossen haben. Aus unserer Sicht sehr zu empfehlen für alle die das ursprüngliche Mallorca suchen.

Ein wundervoller Ort um Kraft zu tanken

Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage zwischen Manacor und Porto Christo. Das Haus ist mit fast allen Vorzügen ausgestattet, durch die ruhige und den Pool kann man dort zu Ruhe kommen und Kraft tanken. Sicherlich gibt es hier und kleine Verbesserungen aber im großen und ganzen wundervoll. Man braucht zwar ein Auto aber ist nicht weiter schlimm da man dadurch sehr flexibel ist und andere Orte entdecken kann.

Erholsame Umgebung.

Das Haus war genauso wie auf den Bildern, voll in der Natur gelegen, zum entspannen einmalig! Sehr netter Vermieter, der Check-In und der Austausch hat auch mit ein paar Spanischkenntnissen gut geklappt. Zu Beginn hatte der Pool einen Grünstich (womöglich auch aufgrund der Wetterlage, es war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß, 38 Grad), das hat der Vermieter innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen behoben, auch bei dem kurzen Ausfall des Wassers im Haus, konnte über die Agentur und den Vermieter das Problem innerhalb von ein paar Stunden gelöst werden. Die Kommunikation war somit super. Der Pool war, nachdem er den Grünstich nicht mehr hatte, neben der Umgebung das Highlight des Hauses. Sogar Kaktusfeigen wurden uns vom Vermieter angeboten und zubereitet. Der Vermieter war täglich morgens am Haus um die Hühner zu füttern, zu wässern und den Pool zu säubern. Für uns war das nicht störend, sondern eine Möglichkeit, Fragen direkt zu stellen. Umgeben waren wir von Schafen, Hühnern, vielen Vögeln und einer Schildkröte - somit Natur pur, daran musste man sich anfangs gewöhnen, aber nach 2-3 Tagen war es sehr entspannend. Im Haus war es sehr heiß, mit offener Tür allerdings nachts erträglich.
