Villa 'Sa Cova' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Relaxed country house idyll with private swimming pool and tennis court? This finca, located near Manacor in the east of the island, offers all of that. Here you can relax and unwind and if you feel like doing some sport, then this finca is a must, especially for tennis enthusiasts.



And if it's not about tennis, then simply use it as a football pitch for the little ones. The house has approximately 150 m² of living space spread over two floors. On the lower floor there is the spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and WiFi internet. This is followed by the open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher. Furthermore, here is the first of the three double bedrooms, this one with two single beds, each 1.90 m, and a bathroom with shower.



On the upper floor you can reach the second bedroom, also with two single beds measuring 1.90 m, and the third bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed. These two rooms share the second bathroom with a shower. The rooms have a wonderful view of the pool area and the surrounding landscape. The two upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning and the downstairs room has a ceiling fan.



The house is surrounded by an idyllic garden with many shady spots. The paved pool terrace with two fixed straw parasols houses the private 11 m x 4 m salt water swimming pool (depth 0.80 m to 1.90 m) with outdoor shower and the covered chill lounge for relaxing wine evenings. A brick indoor grill has been set up for our guests on the pool terrace, so you don't have to sizzle in the sun while grilling.



The finca offers a beautiful, quiet location, but is only 5 minutes by car from Manacor, Mallorca's second largest city. Beaches such as Porto Cristo, Calas de Mallorca and Sa Coma on the east coast, Arta and Colonia de Sant Pere in the north can be reached by car in 20-30 minutes
