Dishonest hotel

Arrived at hotel at 9:15pm. Nobody there to let us onto property. We called and nobody answered after several calls. We complained to Hotels.com but hotel denied refund. Very terrible and dishonest business.

nice hotel but poor maintenance

The hotel is not well taken care of, pool poor maintenance, food wont recomend it to any one, to expensive and very bad, no taste no representation, breakfast include it Is a cup of coffy ans a piece of bread. People are very nice.

Un lugar muy acogedor, tranquilo, con un excelente restaurante, gran atención. Lo recomiendo para todas aquellas personas que quieran hospedarse en un hotel tranquilo en las afueras de Managua, pero cerca de la misma.
