Guests have access to the whole apartment. 24/7 check in via key safe, and access to the apartment is via the main door to the apartment building. Access codes will be provided before your check in. Both lift and stairs access are available.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. This property was hard to access. Check-in was not smooth and the instructions were wrong/incomplete. The flat is nice and mostly as advertised, but more information needs to be given to prospective visitors about the accessibility and check-in process. There are seven doors and many steps to access this unit, so travelling with heavy or large suitcases is unadvisable. Information provided for check-in was incomplete and also wrong. I had to contact the rental company several times for basic access to the property.
