Welcome to GuestReady Essential in Manchester – a 30m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, conveniently located near Manchester Victoria Station, the Northern Quarter, and the Arndale Shopping Centre.

This apartment is ideal for couples or solo travellers. The living room features a sofa, TV, and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and crockery, and ironing equipment is available for laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night, and the bathroom includes towels and complimentary travel size toiletries.

In-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs only. It is also above a pub, so occasional noise may be heard, especially in the evenings.

Situated on Swan Street in Manchester’s lively Northern Quarter, The Rose & Monkey Hotel puts you right in the heart of a vibrant mix of culture, entertainment, and dining. Whether you’re planning a night out, a weekend getaway, or just passing through, there’s plenty to explore nearby.

The hotel sits above the historic Rose and Monkey pub, with Band on the Wall, a legendary live music venue, just a short stroll away, featuring a rich program of performances. Shoppers will appreciate the close proximity to Manchester Arndale, one of the UK’s largest city-center malls, offering a wide selection of retail stores and eateries. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
