Overnight stay success

Front of house staff were brilliant upon my arrival, helped me get a taxi onwards to the event I was going to and everything was hassle free. Room was a little too hot for me overnight but overall the rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and well considered.

The hotel is a ten minute walk from the train station and the city centre is easily accessible by foot or short taxi ride. We were on the 10th floor which meant it was very quiet with incredible views. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Concert Stay

I travelled for work for a concert that was happening at Co-op Live, as such the hotel was busy but not terribly so. Only impact that may have is on their 3 lifts when trying to go to breakfast and checking out as everyone is doing the same and there can be a 5 min wait for some of the upper floors, as it seems some of the lifts skip floors or go to certain floors in order of when they were called 🤔

When we came in we checked ourselves in at the self check in desk and we went to the room and found used coffee and water cups on the side. The one cup has coffee still in it. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she gave us a complementary drink each from the bar. Over all the room itself was lovely and it was in a good location. The only thing I would say is there’s no parking less than 5 minute walk away

Excellent stay

I arrived early at 11am and thought i would just drop off my bag to the reception whilst i explored the city. But the receptionist said i could have my room already for a £2 charge. This was music to my ears as i could freshen up before heading out. Whilst staying i ordered room service which inly has an additional £6 tray charge. I got the squid rings, wings and chips which all came within 20 minutes and they were all so tasty! And lastly being tea drinkers i asked reception if i could have a couple of extra bags and they gave those free of charge. The location is great if you know the city and dont mind the extra walk (20 mins to the Arndale centre. Coming from Manchester Piccadilly station its about 12 minutes walking through the industrial estate. The room was superb and was kept clean throughout my stay. All staff were friendly, approachable and helpful when needed.

Really great service. It was my birthday so the man at my desk upgraded our room at no extra cost as well as giving us a free drink each. The room was lovely and spacious and checkout was nice and easy.

This was literally a last minute booking due to Brittania Hotel Manchester, which we had booked, falling through. Glad we made the change. Clean, modern, efficient and polite staff not hiding behind Perspex screens. A comfortable and clean room with a modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine without being exceptional. Easy checkout. Note that although room service menu says some items are available 24 hours per day, there is a gap between 21.30 and 23.00 of no room service. Overall good experience.
