Beautiful room, given upgrade to suite with balcony. Thank you so much, it was amazing. Clean, confortable and stylish. The 7th floor bar was lovely. Staff wonderful too.

Nice hotel in good location and the rooms are nice however the noise in the hotel rooms was terrible! We were in a club room and it was really noisy with music, we couldn’t sleep and phoned reception to ask if we could move to a quieter room. They did so which was good service, but only after asking to come into our room to investigate the noise first. We moved to a room which had to be downgraded and it was still really noisy with lots of road noise, trams and people. They then still tried to charge us the upgraded room price on check out.

Very central area, really cool roof top bar. Brasserie looked lovely but we didn’t use it. My only criticism was it looked like the room had not been dusted in some time. Which was disappointing.

Not the best stay

We had 3 rooms between the 4 of us and not one person had a good nights sleep. I had constant buzzing just outside my room which meant it was difficult to sleep. The others had various noise and woken up by a knock on the door at 5.10am by another person staying at the hotel. This may be a small thing but went to use the pad of paper and no pen, which wouldn't have been an issue if not for no sleep. The most disappoint part was none of the staff were interested in the issues, the same response given to all 3 of us was 'we will look into that'. I seem like a Karen but it really was terrible for all of us. Breakfast was amazing though, really tasty and the rooms have great decor and themes.

Lovely stay in central location

I stayed for one night for work. Room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was central, close to shops and restaurants, feels & looks modern. The breakfast was nice and staff friendly & helpful. Will stay there again.
