The Space:
Welcome to Pappilo a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment nestled between the dynamic Northern Quarter and Ancoats in Manchester. This prime location places you minutes away from Manchester Piccadilly station and in the midst of the city's bustling cultural and entertainment hub. Pappilo is an ideal spot for both leisure and business travellers seeking a stylish and convenient base to explore or work in the city.
Kitchen & Dining Area:
The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and induction hob.
There is a six-seater dining table perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business
Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, blackout curtains, full-length mirrors, and ample wardrobe space.
Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms, with an option for a bath or shower in one of the bathrooms. Both feature rainfall showers. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Living Area:
The living space is an inviting and bright area enhanced by large windows that flood the space with natural light. The large doors lead onto an outdoor balcony.
There is a cosy sofa with a 55-inch smart TV, offering Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. The sofa can also be converted into a sofa bed which sleeps an extra guest.
Sofa Bed:
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable single sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 6th floor to access the apartment.
