The man that checked us in was so rude. I was with my son and I couldnt check in in the check in machine so I asked him for help and he was so rude. I have never in my life experienced someone like that. The woman that stood near us asked me when I came down to eat if I was okay.

The hotel was well used but acceptable.We were unaware that there was major renovations taking place. We arrived very late but we were woken very early by drilling and hammering, very unpleasant and uncomfortable. I hope to get a full refund.

Paying £14.00 additionally for parking in front of the hotel feels like over charging and a meana to make money. We were told at dinner that certain foods were not avaliable so we ordered carefully, choosing items that did not have the items that were not available. My husband's salad waa missing the chicken and I was told several items to my meal were not avaliable, even though they were not on the initial list. Our order took a long time to come out as well. When we used the elevator/lift the door opened and would not close. We kindly informed reception and she stated it had been doing that all week. Staff left the door openon the 4th floor with no signs indicating it was out service.

Hotel confortável e limpo, perfeito para quem precisa passar uma noite para seguir viagem. Nos colocaram em um quarto adaptado, não entendemos, mas não prejudicou a estadia.
