Stayed here while going to a concert at the coop live. The hotel was lovely inside. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We slept really well the bed was comfy. The TV came with sky channels. Tbe walk back from the arena was easy enough and got us back in good time. The breakfast was fab. Overal our stay was great and excellent value for money.

Beautiful hotel. The room was immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel. It’s also super close to Manchester Piccadilly station which is just an added bonus.

Really lovely hotel. Very helpful staff - one lovely member of the bar staff went out of her way to help with a request - and the room was spotless with a coffee machine, good shower and comfortable bed. Super-convenient. Literally three minutes' walk from Manchester Piccadilly and opposite Social, a well-reviewed dining spot. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay, nice hotel in a great location. Complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival was a good addition. Breakfast was lovely and the room was very spacious. The shower was also amazing. The only slight complaint that I would have is the fire alarm went off on several occasions during the stay.

Not quite a city view

Hotel stay was good. However the room I booked was a deluxe Queen with a city view. I thought the room was on the small side, the bed didnt seem like a Queen, and the city view was of the 7 storey warehouse next door ? Everything else was fine, I just think for £167 a night, no breakfast, was a little expensive. But overall a decent stay.
