The room was tiny with less than 30cm between the end of the bed and the wall. The service was good however when we ordered food to the room on both occasions it arrived early with us not ready to receive it. Also the breakfast in the room was tiny and we were not offered any drinks such as tea or coffee or juices. For the price point, this is horrific.

Overall, this was a 4.5 Star stay and I’m very thankful to all the people who made this nice stay possible. The wonderful staff (5 stars!) included Brandon who was terrifically helpful each morning when I went to the coffee bar, but also volunteered to help me when I missed housekeeping one morning (he approached me when the line for reception was long, so he’s obviously also helpful to his team). The lovely twin sisters at reception were kind, helpful, and friendly. Re housekeeping, the service I had during my stay was great - the room was well cleaned and I appreciated it enormously. I loved the balcony facing the canal - that really made the room great and I’m happy I picked the reach. I’m subtracted half a point because: 1. Often, one lift was out of order. 2. I asked for a wake up call and did not receive it. Thankfully, I was up, but I had an early flight and it’s not great to know I couldn’t really rely on the call.

Very expensive for what is a pretty basic hotel - small room no robes slippers bed was fine but not amazing noise from other rooms/corridors was quite loud (doors being opened by neighbors sounds like your door being opened) tiny windows so dark room etc. Maybe stay if you get a good deal but definitely not worth the price. Stayed in deluxe city view room

Great room for one person. There was a pillar in the middle of the room so getting out of one side of the bed was easier than the other. Didn't always have hot water in the bathroom sink (mentioned to reception) and the fridge didn't get cold (even with using the temperature dial). Location great, staff wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.
