Stand up & Shout - Lovely 2 bed property.

Stunning newly refurbed 2 bed home, with a spacious lounge diner, a well-equipped kitchen, and ample on-street parking & rear garden. The master bedroom is a double bed that can be split into twins if desired, it benefits from a vanity desk, chair and mirror along with a good sized wardrobe for your clothes to hang. The second bedroom with one single bed, although slightly smaller, makes up for it with a large window that allows natural light to flood the room.
If you fail to adhere to the house rules your deposit will be will not be returned and additional charges may apply.  

Pets are not permitted at this property.
No Smoking is permitted in the property!
Parking must be on the driveway or street, however please be mindful of the residents.
Check out is 10am, if you wish to have a later checkout please contact the property manager on-07741-272-029 otherwise you will be charged for the late checkout is past 10am.
Any damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted.
