Perfect location for both the airport and train station…just a quick five minute walk. We had arrived by train the night before our flight. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay!!

In terms of a hotel stay I cannot fault the room or the hotel as it was very comfortable and extremely clean and tidy. The colleague were friendly and polite and demonstrated excellent customer service. HOWEVER, there were three episodes of absolute daylight robbery: 1) £10 per hour for early check in. Money for absolutely nothing as the room was already prepped. 2) £25 PER NIGHT to park your vehicle! 3) £17.95 for a breakfast. These prices pushed my stay up with an additional £100 to pay out which I cannot claim back from employer!

Stay here, eat and drink elsewhere

Location was great. Room was good; really nice and quiet. The bar and restaurant service was not good (slow, options unavailable). The vegetarian pasta meal was warm at best; poor value for money. Whilst some staff were helpful and friendly, others not so much. After we gave up waiting to be served we walked the short distance to the Raddison Blu… we wish we’d have gone there first. Better food options; much better drink selection (including proper craft beers); and quick and efficient service. I’d stay here again, but I’d go to the Raddison Blu for food and drink.
