I have stayed here before and have been very happy with the hotel and staff. My flight was very early, before breakfast, so I can't comment about that but the bedroom is very clean and tidy with everything in it that you need. I will happily stay there again.

Very efficient and modern. Stylish and cool. Well designed space. Short walk to the railway hub then upstairs to the sky walk and into the terminal. Good option for preflight night.

Very smooth check in. Professional and courteous staff. Bar and restaurant were modern and the servers fabulous. I especially thought the staff highly organized and professional when a plane load of customers arrived after a cancelled flight. The staff processed these passengers quickly and the restaurant provided a buffet for them. This resulted in the restaurant being closed to other customers until 7 pm. This had minimal impact on me and my travel companion. We watched the process while enjoying cocktails at the bar. The room was spacious enough for my needs and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was relatively small but functional and I was impressed with the very plush and large bath towels. The shower area was self contained. I do not like wet rooms where the shower drains into the bathroom area.

A real letdown I’m afraid. Approach to the hotel as a pedestrian is really bad and felt unsafe af night. Arrived at hotel on a weeknight at 9pm and there was a long queue actually out of the door of the hotel in the rain. Complete chaos inside the foyer as a huge party of what felt like hundreds of people were checking in without bookings. No signage to direct guests with a booking to check in quickly so was delayed. Staff looked overwhelmed. No opportunity to enjoy a quiet drink or snack in bar restaurant as it was completely packed. Long queue for elevator to get to room. Felt like I paid a premium for something that was subpar and just not the vibe of an airport hotel. Room was adequate but there was a bit of noise from the hotel atrium. Not the relaxed start to my holiday I’d expected.

Front desk unwelcoming The room was very tiny and the en-suite was badly designed, toilet roll not ergonomically positioned and the wall light above the washbasin was too low, banged my head on it when I washed my hands. Signage to airport terminal was misleading, but far more signs back to the hotel once you got there. Will never stay here again
