3 day trip

The apartments are extremely clean and tidy in all areas . Very well situated for tram use or walking into centre for shopping. Lots of cafes & bars nearby. Quiet at night in apartment block which made it easy to sleep in disturbed .

The room was excellent. Kitchen are v well equipped. Nicely decorated. Attention to detail v good. Lots of plug sockets! Huge bed! Staff were super attentive & bar/lounge area on the 9th floor is lovely and v nice communal area to relax and have a drink (and not restricted by early bar closing times)

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location and comfortable room. A few little glitches which could easily be resolved but a lack of attention to detail means there are a number of snags which dropped a star for us: poor TV reception so most channels unavailable, leaking coffee machine, broken curtain rail, slightly dirty floors.

It was a convenient location, good having the kitchen area etc. Not so good was that the staff weren’t particularly great and our room had a view of an office(I’m pretty sure I booked a city view but there seemed to be no evidence of that when I checked the Expedia itinerary!!!)
