I stayed 4 nights at City Garden Grand Hotel and wish I’d stayed longer. I enjoyed everything about my stay. The suite was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed using the fitness room. The breakfast was excellent. The best part of all is the professional, courteous and helpful staffs at front desk, restaurant and housekeeping.

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are a decent size and are clean. The staff and personnel working here are very helpful and on top of things. Also enjoyed that you can request either soft or firm pillows. The area the hotel is located in is ok. There’s a nice little mall within walking distance that has some nice places to eat and a pretty good grocery store which was very convenient. Very nice pool and restaurant area too. Only downside I can think of is that when you get dropped off at the hotel there is no ramp to get your luggage up to the front door only steps. Like about 3 or 4. But the bell guys working the door are right there to help so not really a big issue. Would recommend staying here.

Okay, but…

Ok Hotel but a real problem with only 3 elevators for 32 floors and a rooftop bar that open to the public. So get ready to wait 10min for your elevator in a hallway with no AC

Very clean, and upscale for the price. Staff are super helpful and it's in a great location. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Manila. Be aware, it's about 30-45 minutes drive to or from the airport, if traffic isn't bad.

I would’ve given this hotel five stars however, during my stay the climate control of the building was not operating correctly. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, the room I stayed in was very luxurious, and the view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing. Can’t wait to stay there again.
