Staff are very helpful and courteous. Hotel is nearby upscale shopping mall with fantastic restaurants options. The front desk staff were very helpful accommodating special requests and went beyond to help me. The lobby staff were very kind to letting me know when my transportation arrived avoiding me to wait outside of the hotel for the arrival of the ride share pickup. Awesome staff all around. Mr Darius particularly was an outstanding service representative that really went above and beyond.

The City Garden Grand Hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The service provided was excellent. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The quality and range of options for breakfast items must be commended. We really liked the amenities: hot tub, swimming pool, comfortable cotton bathrobes, goose-feather pillows, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs (channels unfortunately intermittent sometimes), mini fridge and microwave and even high-end soap and other bath items dispensers.

Pros: Spacious room, accommodating staff, Very good buffet options Strong bidet Able to bring in outside food is always a plus. Cons: Weird smell at the lobby especially during rainy season.
