Very nice hotel in a good area, near the airport, large nice pool. Breakfast poor very commercial. For travelers information, very nice hotel but focused on corporate client for family trips I rate average.

Serious upgrade needed to be called Conrad

Way over priced, I’ve stayed at the Conrad in Singapore and that hotel is far better than Manila. I would suggest to the franchise owner improve the standard that is expected of a brand from Hilton. I have stayed at the Crockford hotel which is the top brand of the Hilton properties , the Conrad Manila is closer to the Hampton brand than Conrad.
