Most horrible hotel experience in Newport.

Our bathroom door wouldnt close. No shower mat, the shower floor was slippery and I nearly fell. The restaurant was like a market place. The plates and cutleries were plastic that should be only used for beach picnic. I didnt felt like I was staying at a decent hotel, but a cheap dive. Not enough staff. Uniformed guards, working the front doors,were the porters.

It’s always nice to stay here. I wish the bathrooms were more updated and the caulking in the showers need to cleaned up. Needed bleaching or something. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned. Other than that. The staff I is wonderful. If it weren’t for them I would go elsewhere .
