Property needs renovation. Policy on stained linens as an additional charge to guests needs review. Check in and check out procedures on linens need review as well if additional charges will be imposed on stained linens. This location was very convenient. It only took about 20 min to get to from the airport and is within walking distance to SM Mall of Asia. Rooms are a bit small and the entire place could use some sprucing up but for about 40$ cad/night, it’s good enough.

Very convenient location near the Mall of Asia and the Arena and Hotel 101has a safe and secure parking garage for your vehicle. The rooms are spacious and clean and there’s a restaurant in the lobby with all day dining that serves a good breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff is friendly and they let us enjoy the swimming pool before check in time.

We booked two Rooms but they only gave us one room saying there is only one room for 4 people. Next Morning when we when we went for breakfast they said only two people paid. I have to go and check the booking on Expedia and gave them copy of my booking but they didn’t refund one room which they never gave to us

Only issue was a clicking noise that seemed to come from where you placed the keycard. It was a little irritating noise when you were trying to sleep. I might be a rare Vegan guest but it would be nice to have more variety of fruit and a plant-based milk to use as a creamer for the coffee. Would definitely stay at Hotel101-Manila again on my next trip to Manila. Conveniently close to the airport
