* The WiFi was extremely slow, which made it difficult to stay connected. * The window in the room was not safe for children, as it couldn’t be locked. * There was no iron provided for clothes, which was inconvenient. * Most concerning of all, the floor around the pool was very slippery when wet. My 10 year old son unfortunately slipped and hit his head near the entrance door — a serious safety hazard that needs to be addressed immediately.
