This apartment of 130 m2 located in an exceptional setting, in the heart of a sumptuous tropical garden, the pool freshly restored and only a hundred meters separate you from the sea. A corner at the same time close to trade, very good tables, surely the quieter part of Paseo located between Puente Romano and Marbella center, this part that one calls "Golden Mile".
You are a few minutes walk from a small visit, a breakfast in the old Marbella, as less than 10 minutes you will be enough to reach Puerto Banús. (7 km by car).
