Recently renovated, it is located in the centre of Marbella city, on the pedestrian street of the promenade and in front of Faro beach.

Located on the mezzanine floor of the Eden Roc I residential complex, it has two exterior bedrooms, one with two single beds that can be joined together, with views of the Parque de la Constitución, and the other, with a single bed, with sea views.

Sheets are provided and exchanged weekly.

The house has an open-plan kitchen that includes a two-burner ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, Italian coffee maker, electric juicer, kettle and all the essential utensils for daily use.

The spacious living room has a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, with access to digital platforms.

The bathroom has a shower screen and towels and bath towels are provided.

The ideal capacity of the accommodation is three people.

The complex has a swimming pool with free access to guests with a shower, sun loungers and a bathroom.

Mooi appartement prachtig uitzicht

Pros: Zwembad niet gebruikt maar is mooi en best groot maar strand is 100 stappen verwijderd Cons: Het enige waar we mis grepen was een kurkentrekker en een waterkoker
