The living room amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels, and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and all modern amenities.



Guests have access to a shared rooftop outdoor area featuring a large swimming pool. On the ground floor, a mini-supermarket is conveniently accessible. A hospital is located within a 100-meter radius.



The building is equipped with an elevator, ensuring a step-free interior. Free private and secure parking space with direct access to the apartment is included. Shuttle service from/to the airport or train station is available for an extra fee. Upon request, a baby cot and high chair with cutlery are available free of charge. A late check-in service is available from 10 pm to 6 am for an extra fee. Beach towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience. Parties are strictly prohibited.
