This elegant holiday home consists of spacious hall with access to the bright living-dining room and a large 70m2 terrace to enjoy al-fresco dining with family and chilling at the comfortable sofas in peaceful atmosphere. Facing south-east terrace offers nice views to the communal green gardens and partial sea views. A totally new and fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry area and access to the garage with two parking spaces. Two large en-suite bedrooms with comfortable super king size beds and fitted wardrobes, and a 3-rd bedroom with two single beds and adjacent bathroom. Gated complex Bahia Real offers two large swimming pool areas with sun loungers, well-kept gardens, paddle courts and kids playground.
