This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located in the 'Villa Marina' complex with direct access to the beach. This complex of houses and apartments has direct access to the beach in the same location as the famous Beach Club 'La Sala By The Sea', with the beach just a few meters away.



Being in the heart of Puerto Banús will make your vacation fantastic and unforgettable!



The modern apartment is situated on the first floor, is furnished and features a cozy dining area and living room with a fully equipped integrated kitchen.



The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed, built-in wardrobes with a digital safe, TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has two single beds, an ensuite bathroom, and spacious wardrobes.

The mattresses are 26cm high memory foam, and two types of pillows are provided: memory foam and hypoallergenic fibers.



Additionally, the apartment comes with a High-speed WiFi (300 Mbps) connection from Movistar.
