The house has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has two 90 cm beds. Both bedrooms include air conditioning for heating and cooling.



The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, and there is also an outdoor toilet for added convenience, located in the garden area, where you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary cookware.



Outside, the property features a covered terrace with a large table for outdoor dining, a private garden with sun loungers for relaxing, and a Weber barbecue for preparing delicious grilled meals.
