This beautiful villa is the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday. It is located in the beautiful quiet neighbourhood of Cortijo Blanco and is just 700m from the beach. The villa has a beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees and lawn. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach.
In the spacious garden, children can play happily, while you can enjoy the sun or relax in the lounge set on the porch. The private swimming pool is equipped with a safety cover, making it ideal for families with young children. Moreover, the pool can be heated for an additional fee.
Inside, the villa is equipped with all conveniences. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, including a wine cooler. On the covered terrace, you can grill delicious meals on the BBQ. The villa has 3 bedrooms and a side room adjacent to the living room that can be closed off with sliding doors. In this side room, there is a double sofa bed.
